Blue Hour Zine Library is based in Ottawa, Canada and showcases photography zines submitted by international artists, authors, and publishers. Through this online library, we aim to support and promote independent publications produced by diverse photographers and lens-based artists all over the world, as well as provide accessible resources for students, researchers, and anyone who is interested in learning about zine-making.

Blue Hour has been greatly inspired by Booklet Library, a zine library that has been providing inspiration to zine-makers since 2011. Thank you, Bookletlibrary.org.
